Not every hypnotist is successful in working fears and phobias. However our hypnosis professionals all have advanced hypnosis training in working with fears and phobias. It is a simple process that takes only a few sessions when you are working with a hypnosis professional trained in 5-PATH®
Your hypnotist will work one-on-one with you to learn about the history of your particular fear or anxiety, answer your questions about hypnosis. Once we have the information about your fear or anxiety, then we can help you succeed.
We also want to make sure that all of your questions about hypnosis have been fully answered. For example, hypnosis is not mind-control. It is more like a dance, where one person leads and the other follows. The hypnotist will be in the lead as he or she guides you through the process. Then, as you follow the hypnotists instructions, you will be guided into the hypnosis process where you will be in complete control. If at any time you feel uncomfortable you will automatically emerge. That is how we do things. You will always be in control.
